meet our team

Where clinical skill meets heart-centered care.

At Still Roots, we believe exceptional bodywork happens when knowledge, intuition, and genuine human warmth combine.

Our practitioners share three core values:

  1. Whole-Person Focus – We treat more than pain points; we support the mind-body connection so you leave each session feeling balanced and empowered.

  2. Lifelong Learning – From new manual-therapy certifications to the latest research in fascia science, we’re growth-minded clinicians who never stop honing our craft.

  3. Real-World Compassion – Laughter, active listening, and a “come-as-you-are” vibe infuse our studio. Healing is serious work, but it should still feel welcoming and real.

Root-Cause Focused Care | Whole-Body Treatment Approach | Restoring Balance and Function | Thoughtful, Hands-On Care | Precision-Based Manual Therapy | Osteopathic Manual Therapy

"I aim to identify and treat the root cause of dysfunction through precise, whole-body assessment and hands-on care.”

Why clients love him

Helping you get to the root of pain so your body can heal and function the way it’s meant to.

James is an Osteopathic Manual Therapist who focuses on identifying and treating the root cause of pain, not just the symptoms. He is a graduate of the Canadian College of Osteopathy, with five years of hands-on training in structural, craniosacral, and visceral osteopathic techniques.

He works with patients experiencing back and neck pain, headaches, postural strain, and persistent issues that haven’t fully resolved with other treatments. His approach is thorough and hands-on, focused on improving mobility, restoring healthy circulation, and supporting nervous system function, helping the body regain its ability to heal and function as it should.

Patients can expect a detailed assessment and personalized treatment focused on long-term improvement.
