1. Book Online
All appointments are booked through our secure Jane online booking system.

To reserve your appointment, a valid credit card is required at the time of booking. Your card will not be charged at the time of booking—it is securely stored through our booking system (JaneApp) and used only in accordance with our 24 hour cancellation policy. This policy helps us ensure availability and fairness for both our clients and practitioners.
Create your profile, choose your preferred therapist, and select a time that works for you.
2. Complete Your Intake Forms
Once you’ve booked your appointment, you’ll receive a confirmation email with links to:

A Health Intake Form

A Consent Form for Direct Billing
Please complete these forms before your visit one day before so we can prepare your session in advance.
How to Book Appointments with Therapists on
JANE APP - Clinic Management Software
To book your first appointment, go to your web browser https://stillrootsmassage.janeapp.com and it will bring you to your Wellness View Jane App Account. You will be asked to create a username and password (please remember this information or save it to your browser if you use a private device). You can also log in with your Twitter, Facebook, or Google credentials. Bookmark and use this link to check your account and manage your future appointments,

After you log in, you have the option to look at your account (e.g., appointment history and billing history) or book an appointment. To book an appointment, you can save time by visiting this link, https://stillrootsmassage.janeapp.com to select your treatment, and book your appointment.

Your card is only used in accordance with our cancellation policy or if you choose to pay for your session using the card on file.
All credit card information is encrypted and securely stored through our booking platform, JaneApp, which is fully compliant with PCI standards and Canadian privacy laws (PIPEDA).

Please use the same login information each time instead of creating multiple accounts. If you forget your password, open your web browser, head to your clinic’s online booking page, and clicking the "Forgot your password" button when signing in.
